Business Customers vs Consumers

  • Consumers are individuals buying for personal use. Business customers are buyers acting in the course of business.

Orders & Contract Formation

  • An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when goods are dispatched.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • VAT charged at current UK rate.
  • Payment methods as shown at checkout.
  • Business invoices due within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
  • Late invoices may incur interest at 2% per month.
  • Supply may be suspended if payment terms are not met.

Delivery

Risk & Title

  • Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes only once paid in full. Goods must be kept identifiable until paid for.

Returns & Cancellations

For Consumers:

  • 14-day right to cancel from the day after receiving goods.
  • Exceptions: customised items, hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed, made‑to‑order goods.
  • Refunds issued within 14 days of return.

For Business Customers:

  • Returns only with prior agreement.
  • 20% handling charge for unwanted goods.
  • 10% handling charge for size/style exchanges.
  • Collection fees may apply.

Warranty

  • Goods carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Liability is limited except where prohibited by law (death, personal injury, fraud, statutory rights).

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or events beyond our control.
  • Business liability is capped at the order value.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
